Lions Club of Sungai Buloh has the potential to rise to even greater heights despite doing very well over the past 18 years. With your cooperation and commitment, we can definitely create history and build on our past successes. There are 3 Cs ( Create, Commit and Cooperate) that can help us do that.
activities and unprecedented projects throughout this term and beyond and we earnestly request every Member to rally around and work with the Board to help execute the Projects shortlisted for 2015 and 2016. The administration system will see some changes as it will be reorganized in a more systematic manner to ensure that the current plans will be undertaken more smoothly and future leaders will be able to run the club easily and effectively when they takeover. We will also have more activities to strengthen the fellowship and bonding among the Members, which in turn will instill the spirit of Teamwork and Leadership at the Members’ core. This will play a great role in the endeavour to groom the new generation to take on the leadership position in the near future.
What the club achieves, is your achievement too! Our success comes from working towards the common good and the Club’s goals by putting aside personal interests. If you can just commit yourself and support the our club Projects and attend the BOD and Business Meetings for the sake of the Club, it’s sufficient to see a major turnaround in the performance and achievements of the Club. I need your help more than you have ever given; to move the club forward and give Lionism a new vista in this part of the world. It is in this regard that I appeal to all Lion members to team up with me to tirelessly serve our dear district. We share the same destiny in Lionism; therefore, we must work as one and together we shall excel in our quest to serve humanity. Your support and cooperation determines whether Lions Club Sungai Buloh becomes a good Club or a great one! A Leader can only do so much. The rest depends on the team members back up and support. The success of every project depends on your fullest cooperation and support to those who are heading it. You know the power of Teamwork and the Spirit of Serving in achieving the impossible.
Recall the the original fire you had when you first joined the Lions Club. Rekindle it! Can you recall the smiles on the faces of the hearts you touched and the lives you changed. Together, we can create history in the Lions Club not only in Sungai Buloh but also become an exemplary Club to the rest of the Lion Family through our noble work, passion and dedication. Let’s continue moving forward by reaching out to more of the needy while having a great time doing this noble work. We all know it’s a great feeling that gives deep satisfaction. So let’s continue doing it with ever increasing enthusiasm and devotion!
